IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of the City of
(Waukesha County), Wisconsin, hereby authorizes Tax
Researchers, Inc. - Martin J. Seibert & Associates to examine
State income tax returns for erroneous allocation of Income
taxes and file clalms on behalf of the City of Muskego for
the year 1972.
