AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LAND COVENANT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk release
that certain land covenant recorded in Volume 1121 of Deeds
page 604, Document #773983, Waukesha County, Records, by
executing a Quit Claim Deed to Gerald R. Wichman and Delbert
Seekins.
