DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS FOR LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 5
BAY SHORE HILLS SUBDIVISION
(Mutual Builders)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status €or Lots 1 and 2,
Block 5, Bay Shore Hills Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended denial of the
request,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission, the request of Mutual Builders for legal
status for Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Bay Shore Hills Subdivision.
