APPROVAL OF SCHULTZ SAV-0 STORES TU CONNECT
INTO THE CITY'S SEWER SYSTEM
(Piggly Wiggly)
WHEREAS, Schultz Sav-0 Stores (Piggly Wiggly) has requested
permission to connect into the City of Muskego's sewer system
because of problems they are having with their present septic
system, and
WHEREAS, there is presently sewer lines adjacent to their
property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Common Council approve of the connection subject to the resolution
of payment of assessment and fees,
TMEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant to Schultz Sav-0 Stores (Piggly
Wiggly) the privilege of using the City of Muskego sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to Schultz
Sav-0 Stores agreeing to pay the proper assessment and connection
fee which will be established by the Sewer Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
sent to the City Clerk of the City of New Berlin.
