a WHEREAS, the Comon Council of the City of Muskego has been petitioned by Mutual Builders for determination of status
for Lots 7 and 8 Block 6, Bay Shore Estates Subdivision,
which has less than the required width for the E-2 District,
and,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
this request,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve legal lot status for Lots
7 and 8 Block 6, Bay Shore Estates Subdivision.
