AUTHORIZING RUEKERT 6 MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
AND ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR THE WELL IN THE
INDUS’JRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, it has been determined that the well to be installed in
the Industrial Park for use by the city, as well as serve the
smaller buildings, will exceed the $1,000.00 limitation established
by the State Statutes and therefore will require public bidding, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that Ruekert &
Mielke be authorized to prepare the plans and specifications and
to advertise for bids for this purpose,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the firm of Ruekert & Mielke to
prepare plans and specifications for a water system for the new
municipal garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee will bring
their recommendation back to the Council.
