AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FORCED HOOK-UPS (NW Dist. , 'IF" & "C")
WHEREAS, there are several residents residing in the "F" District and
system and indicated in any way that they intend to do so through the
request of a permit, etc., and
one in the "C" District who have not connected into the city's sewer
e WHEREAS, they have been given notice that hook-up is required or the
city would have it done and placed on the tax roll, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer committee has now recommended that Ruekert
& Mielke prepare the specifications and advertise for bids for forced
hook-up on the following properties:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Conunittee is authorized to accept
the lowest bid in the name of the city and that the Clerk and Mayor are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City.
