VACATING SPECIAL SEWER ASSESSMENT ON
LOT 824, OAK GRDVE SUBDIVISION
OWNED BY HAROLD STRAW
e WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, having levied
a special sewer assessment on Lot 24, Oak Grove Subdivision, owned
by Harold Straw, located in the E-5 Assessment District and indicated
on the assessment roll as Assessment $165 in the amount of $803.40,
and
WHEREAS, an exchange of property by the city and Mr. Harold Straw
has rendered Lot 24 in the Oak Grove Subdivision useless for
building purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the sewer
assessment on Lot 24, Oak Grove Subdivision, owned by Mr. Straw,
be refunded,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the refund of the special sewer
assessment levied against Lot 24, Oak Grove Subdivision, in the
E-5 Assessment District, owned by Harold Straw, the amount of
$803.40.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event that the remnant of LOT 24
of the Oak Grove Subdivision, is attached to adjoining lands in
such a way as to make the resulting parcel a buildable lot, the
matter of sewer assessment will be reconsidered by the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be
forwarded to Mr. and Mrs. Harold Straw.
