ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
A PORTION OF TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the reconstruction of
Tess Corners Drive from Woods Road east to the County Line. * and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid of DeBack Grading be accepted subject to a review of the
proposal for seeding.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee,
does hereby accept the low bid of DeBack Grading for the recon-
struction of Tess Corners Drive from Woods Road east to the County
Line in the amount of $50,667.00 minus $6,900.00 covering the
seeding which will be reviewed at a later date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is authorized
to include the seeding in the project after they have determined the
fiethod most advantageous to the city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the city.
