DENIAL OF APPLICATION FROM NORMAN THOMAS
FOR SANITARY LANDFILL

e WHEREAS, Norman Thomas has applied to the City of Muskego for a sanitary landfill on the former Wentland property at the
corner of Tans Drive and Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended Common Council
denial of that application, and
WHEREAS, this recommendation was based on the conclusion that
the area did not lend itself to a sanitary landfill that
sufficient guarantee regarding the protection of the wells
could not be reafistically provided,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, deny the application of Norman Thomas for a
sanitary landfill on the former Wentland property located
on the southwest corner of Hillendale and Tans Drives.
