CORRECTING ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, Lot 1 Blk 3, Muskego Shores Subdivision (Property Tax
Key #2176.018) was erroneously removed from its exempt status
at the time of the 1969 reassessment, and
WHEREAS, said property is owned by the Wisconsin Department
of Veteran Affairs, and
WHEREAS, real estate taxes in the amount of $192.89 are due
the Waukesha County Treasurer for that year,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the payment of the 1969
real estate taxes due the Waukesha County Treasurer for Lot 1
Blk 3, Muskego Shores Subdivision, in the amount of $192.89
which was erroneously removed from its exempt status at the
time of the 1969 reassessment.
