CONFIRMATION OF LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS
PAYABLE IN INSTALLMENTS
(Hale Park Meadows Subdivision)
WHEREAS, by Resolution #183-72 adopted September 12, 1972, this Common
Council levied certain special assessments upon all of the single-family and
two-family residential lots within the subdivision of part of the Southwest
One-quarter (SW 1/4) of Section One (1). Township Five (5) North, Range
Twenty (20) East in the City of Muskego, the subdivision to be known as "Hale
Park Meadows"; and
WHEREAS, at the date of adoption of such Resolution the final plat of Hale
Park Meadows had not yet been recorded, although such plat previously had
been approved by this Common Council by its Resolution #148-72 adopted
August 8, 1972; and
WHEREAS, in order clearly to describe the property assessed by Resolution
#183-72 by reference to lots and blocks appearing in the recorded plat, it is
deemed desirable to readopt and confirm such assessment;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, that the special assessments
set forth in Resolution #183"72 are hereby readopted and
confirmed, this date, with the same effect as though all
of the terms and proyisions of the zfortmentioned Reao-
lution were set forth in full in this Resolution.
