AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF
TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, it is the city's intent to reconstruct Tess Corners
Drive from Woods Road to the east city limits, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke be authorized to
advertise for bids for the above project,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineering Firm
of Ruekert & Mielke to advertise for bids for the recon-
struction of Tess Corners Drive from Woods Road to the east
city limits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee report
the results of the bidding with their recommendation back to
the Common Council.
