CCR1972188e ESTABLISHING LIMITATION OF THE USE OF THE
FIRE LANE AT THE END OF PARK DRIVE

WHEREAS, the extension of Park Drive in Muskego Beach Addition
Subdivision has been designated as a fire lane, and
WHEREAS, its location and use has created a considerable amount
of difficulties for the residents of the area, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to limit its use as far as
practical as a fire lane,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby restrict the use of Park Drive extended
to be a fire lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby prohibit the use of the area for picnicing
and swimming.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is
directed to install the necessary signs stating these pro-
hibitions and to provide the necessary barricade to help
restrict the use of the area to that of a fire lane.
