WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for the determination for the status of the
following described property:

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the request of Ralph Lassa for
legal status of the following described property:
