APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF ST. LEONARD'S
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of September 5,
1972, recommended that the Common Council approve the final
plat of St. Leonard's Subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of St. Leonard's
Subdivision in the City of Muskego, subject to the receipt of
the necessary sewer and road bonds in an amount to be determined
by Clark Barry and the execution of an agreement whereby the
developer will pay to the city all inspection costs relating to
the installation of sewers.
