ACCEPTING LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER
CONNECTIONS IN THE "E" DISTRICT
(Project MSS-3-72)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has authorized the advertising of bids for
the installation of sewer connections to several residences in the "E"
District that have not connected to the sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been submitted:

WHEREAS, the Public .Sewer Committee has recommended that the low bid
of Zidar Plumbing Co. for Items #l (1,050.00), Item #2 ($1,205.00),
Item #4 ($925.00) and Item #5 ($950.00) and that the bid of Schroeder
Plumbing Co. for Item I13 ($1,670.00) be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby accept the above listed bids.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
execute the necessary contracts in the name of the City.
