CCR1972177DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #111-12
WHEREAS, the Common Council has petitioned that the following
described lands be rezoned from 1-1 (Industrial Park District)
and A (Agriculture District) to 1-2 (General Industrial
District)
Phat area in the W 1/2 of Section 18, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
presently zoned 1-1 (Industrial Park District) and that
area annexed from Section 13, Town of Vernon, presently
zoned A (Agriculture District).
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended said rezoning,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
necessary implementing ordinance to rezone the following des-
cribed area from 1-1 and A to 1-2
That area in the W 112 of Section 18, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
presently zoned 1-1 (Industrial Park District) and that
area annexed from Section 13, Town of Vernon, presently
zoned A (Agriculture District).
