CCR1972176RESOLUTION 11176-72 INITIATING REZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS IN SECTION 12 (DeBack - Wallner) WHEREAS, the petition by Harold DeBack and Jean Wallner for rezoning properties owned by them from 1-2 and RS3 to RSA with an Overlay Planned Development, and WHEREAS, the petitioners have requested that the Plan Commission recommend to the Council the zoning they feel would be acceptable in that area, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at its meeting of August 15, 1972, has recommended that the Council initiate, on its own motion, a petition to rezone to E2 those lands in Sec. 12 now zoned 1-2 with the exception of 31.9 acres of land north of McShane Road, owned by Harold DeBack and Jean Wallner, to be rezoned from 1-2 to RSM with an OPD (Overlay Planned Development). THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, on its own motion, does hereby initiate a petition to rezone from 1-2 to RS2 all lands in Sec. 12 with the exception of 31.9 acres of land owned by Harold DeBack and Jean Wallner on the north side of McShane Road to be rezoned from 1-2 to EM with an OPD Overlay. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date on this matter be held on September 26, 1972, at 7:OO P.M. in the City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Ave. DATED THIS DAY OF 9 1972. ATTEST: City Clerk
