ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LANDSCAPING AT THE e NEW CITY HALL AND LIBRARY
W WHEREAS. bids have been advertised for the landscauinz of the
grounds surrounding the new city hall and library, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

WHEREA,S, the Building Committee has recommended that the base bid
of A. T. Forseth in the amount of $5,264.90,be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low base bid. of A. T. Forseth in
the amount of $5,264.90,.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the city.
