ACCEPTING STATE GRANT OFFER UNDER SEC. 144.21,
WISCONSIN STATUTES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has undertaken several municipal
sewer projects since 1966, and
WHEREAS, ORAP Funds are available from the State of Wisconsin
to aid in the cost of these sewer projects, and
WHEREAS, a resolution accepting the funds from the State of
Wisconsin is necessary,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the State Grant Offer #376, under
Sec. 144.21, Wisconsin Statutes, from the Department of Natural
Resources, in the amount of $142,675.00 for the construction
of a sewerage treatment plant in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Jerome J. Gottfried is hereby
authorized to accept the Grant Offer in behalf of the city.
