a SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE WITH RESPECT TO SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
(Hale Park Meadows Subdivision)
4 WHEREAS, Section 66.60 (7), Statutes, requires that a public hearing
be held upon at least ten days' notice with respect to the proposed
public improvements to serve Hale Park Meadows Subdivision and the
proposed assessments of benefits from such improvements.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall cause
to be published in the Muskego-Lakeland Hub no later than Thursday,
August 24, 1972, and shall mail no later than said date to every
reasonably be ascertained, a Notice of Hearing in substantially
interested person whose post office address is known or can
the form annexed to this Resolution as Exhibit A and made a part
hereof.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing shall be held before this
City Council on the 5th day of September, 1972, at 7:15 P.M., at
the City Hall in the City of Muskego, at which all persons interested,
or their agents or attorneys, may appear before the City Council
and be heard concerning the proposed public improvements and plans
and specifications therefor and assessments to be made of benefits
accruing therefrom, as described in this Resolution and the report
referred to herein.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report pursuant to Section 66.60 (2)
Statutes, consisting of final plans and specifications, an estimate
of the entire cost of the proposed work and an estimate of the
assessment of benefits to be levied against each parcel of property
affected thereby has been prepared and is now open to inspection
at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Muskego with respect
to the construction and installation of sanitary sewer mains, sewer
and water laterals, surface water drainage facilities, the grading
of streets, installation of road base, paving of streets and storm
sewers and sewer inlets; all of which proposed improvements will
be adjacent and appurtenant to all the 180 lots of Hale Park
Meadows Subdivision being a subdivision of part of the SW 1/4 of
Section 1, Town 5 North, Range 20 East in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
On the 5th day of September, 1972, at 7:15 P.M. (o'clock
