DECLARATION OF INTENT TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND DESIGNATING
HALE PARK MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AS THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the owner of such lands has presented a final plat for
subdivision of part of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 1, T5N, R20E in the City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wis., into 166 single-family resident-
(. common use and enjoyment by all residents of the subdivision; the
ial lots, 14 two-family residential lots, and seven outlots for
boundaries of which proposed subdivision are set forth in the Plat
of "Hale Park Meadows" filed with the City of Muskego; and

WHEREAS, Sec. 66.60 (2) of the Wis. Statutes requires adoption of a
preliminary resolution by which the City declares its intention to
exercise its special assessment powers for a stated municipal pur-
pose as the first step in the proceedings for levying such special
assessments:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council hereby
declares its intention, provided final plats and final engineering
plans and specifications for the work are hereafter approved by this
Common Council as previously presented or with such changes and subject
to such conditions as may be hereafter required or imposed, to exer-
cise the powers conferred upon the City of Muskego by Sec. 66.60 of
the Wis. Statutes, for the purpose of levying special assessments
