ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF BROOKFIELD CULVERT
COMPANY To INSTALL CONCRETE INVERTS
WHEREAS, the Public Works committee had been authorized to
advertise for bids for the installation of approximately
1400 feet of concrete inverts to be placed in a drainage
channel on Saroyan Rd. from Conrad Ct. westerly to its
intersection with Sherwood Circle, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
Brookfield Culvert Co.
W. K. Fredericks & Son
$14,200.00 Base Bid
$0.65/yd. - Seeding alternate
$26,900.00 Base Bid
3,000.00 - Seeding alternate
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bid of Brookfield Culvert Co. be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby award the low bid of Brookfield Culvert Co.
in the amount of $14,200.00 and $0.65/yd.-Seeding alternate,to
install approximately 1400 feet of concrete inverts to be placed
in a drainage channel on Saroyan Rd. from Conrad Ct. westerly to
its intersection with Sherwood Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the city.
