AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE BETEEN
WISCONSIN ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY AND THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has requested
easements from the city in order that they may provide
electric service to the city's Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the easement has been reviewed by the City Attorney
and the Public Works Committee has recommended its execution,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant an easement to the Wisconsin
Electric Power Company for the purpose of providing service
to the city's Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the document in the name of the city.
