AUTHORIZING THE CONTINUATION OF THE
CITY'S AGREEMENT WITH THE
INDUSTRIAL APPRAISAL COMPANY
--e WHEREAS, the Industrial Appraisal Company has provided an appraisal
of all properties owned by the city, and
WHEREAS, a yearly updating of this information is necessary in
order that proper insurance bids can be prepared, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended a continuation of
this service at a cost of $133.00 for the year 1972,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the updating of the appraisal values
for the property owned by the city at a cost of $133.00 for the
period from June 1, 1972, to June 1, 1973.
BE IT EVRTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the city.
