ACCEPTING THE QUOTATION FOR INSTALLATION
OF SEWERS TO RECREATION BUILDINGS
AT KURTH AND LIONS PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has received quotations
for the installation of sewers to serve the Kurth Park and
Lions Park buildings, and
WHEREAS, the following quotations were received:
Kurth Park
Paul Kowalkowski $ 275.00
Lions Park
$ 785.00
and
WHEREAS, the Park & Recreation Board has recommended that this
quotation be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low quotation of Paul Kowalkowski
in the amount of $275.00 to install sewers to the Kurth Park
Building and in the amount of $785.00 to install sewers to Lions
Park Building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
