REAFFIRMING THE CITY'S DECISION TO DENY
REZONING REQUEST
(Wallner-DeBack)
WHEREAS, Resolution 1/61-72 relating to the petition of Jean
Wallner and Harold DeBack to rezone certain lands in Sec. 12
from 1-1 and RS-3 to EA Overlay Planned Development was ;n
not passed by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission had recommended approval and
the Council by its action on Resolution 1/61-72 did not agree
with that decision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has now reconsidered the matter
and recommended denial,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby reaffirm its original action to deny the request
of Jean Wallner and Harold DeBack to rezone certain lands in
Sec. 12 from 1-2 and RS-3 to RSA Overlay Planned Development.
