AS AMENDED
GRANTING MUNICIPAL SEWER SERVICE TO
THE AMERICAN COLLEGE
WHEREAS, the American College has presented plans for the
development of student housing, and
WHEREAS, THE CITY has previously amended the zoning in the
area to permit the development of a college, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that since
necessary zoning and is willing to assure the city that the
the college has paid a sewer assessment, received the

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation
of the Public Sewer Committee and does approve of the use

BE IT PURTKER RESOLVED THAT this approval is subject to
approval by the City Attorney of the necessary agreements
between the college and the city which agreement will in-
clude the following:
1. That the action of the Sewer Committee limits
itself to the construction of four building units.
2. That total occupancy will be no more than 96
persons, of which no more than 16 shall be
faculty or college oriented employees includ-
ing menbers of their family, or 80 students
or members of their family.
3. No three bedroom units will be constructed.
4. Class rooms will be finished immediately.
5. The building plans will be student oriented.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are author-
ized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the city.
