RESTRICTING HEAVY TRUCKING ON C.T.H. "Y"
NORTH OF S.T.H. "24" DURING CERTAIN
HOURS
WHEREAS, the City has received a number of complaints
from citizens residing on C.T.H. "Y" from S.T.H. "24"
north to the city limits, about excessive noise from
heavy trucks, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best
interest of the city to limit the use of C.T.H. "Y"
to trucks weighing five tons and more between the
hours of 1O:OO P.M. and 7:OO A.M.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comnon Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby prohibit the use of
C.T.H. "Y" from S.T.H. "24" north to the city limits,
of all trucks weighing over five tons between the hours
of 1O:OO P.M. and 7:OO A.M.
