INITIATING PETITION TO REZONE FROM 1-1 to 1-2 IN
SECTION 18 AND FROM A To 1-2 IN THE ADJACENT
ANNEXED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the Common
Council, on its own motion, initiate a petition to amend the
zoning map of the City of Muskego by rezoning that area in
Section 18 presently zoned 1-1 and that area which was annexed
from the Town of Vernon presently zoned Agriculture to 1-2,
and
WHEREAS, the reason for this recommendation is that the 1-2
District more closely resembles the existing businesses
operating in that area,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, on its own motion, does hereby petition to amend
the zoning map of the City of Muskego in the following
manner :
That area in Section 18 presently zoned 1-1 and that
area which was annexed from the Town of Vernon presently
zoned Agriculture to 1-2
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for said
rezoning be held on August 22, 1972, at 7:15 P.M.
