INITIATING CHANGES IN THE TEXT OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE REGARDING RENDERING PUNTS IN
1-2 DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after reviewing the petition by
Mr. Carl Wauer to amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance by
permitting rendering plants in 1-1 Districts, have determined
that it would be more logical to amend the ordinance by per-
mitting rendering plants as a Conditional Use in the 1-2
District , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on the original petition
at which time there were no objections to the proposed amendment,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby determine that the recommendation of
the Plan Commission is so similar to the original petition of
Carl Wauer that another hearing need not be held and does
hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the following changes
in the text of the Zoning Ordinance:
To amend Sec. 8.16(7)C with the addition of
"3. Rendering Plants".
