RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF WAUER PETITION
(Rnedering Plants)
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a petition from Carl Wauer to amend the text of the Zoning
Ordinance in order that rendering plants could be permitted
in 1-1 Districts, subject to Conditional Use status, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of this
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the request to change the text of
the Zoning Ordinance to permit rendering plants in 1-1 Districts
as a Conditional Use.
