AUTHORIZING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO DEVELOP PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
SEWERS TO FREEDOM ACRES SUBDIVISION AND
ADJACENT AREA
WHEREAS, it is intended to provide sanitary sewers to the
Freedom Acres Subdivision and the adjacent area, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
the Consulting Firm of Ruekert E* Mielke be directed to
develop the plans and specifications for this purpose,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Engineer Finn
of Ruekert & Mielke to develop the necessary plans and
specifications to provide sanitary sewers to the Freedom
Acres Subdivision and the adjacent area.
