APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HALE PARK
MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received the final plat of
Hale Park Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is in conformity to the preliminary plat which
was approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
final plat of Hale Park Meadows Subdivision, subject to
normal approvals by any objecting agency of the State,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, does hereby approve of the final plat of Hale Park
Meadows subject to the approval of all State objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the MayOK and Clerk are authorized
developer's agreement by the Council.
