DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS FOR LOT 15, TESS CORNERS
SUBDIVISION - (Kenneth J. Dunlap)
WHEREAS, the Conunon Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned for determination of the status for Lot 15, Tess
Comers Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of the
request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, the request of Mr. Kenneth J. Dunlap for
legal status for Lot 15, Tess Corners, Subdivision.
