APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR
LOT 4, BLOCK C, HI-Y RANCHES
SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Comon Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned by Mr. Raymond Wallner for determination of status
for Lot 4, Block C, Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision, which has less
than the required width and area for the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
this request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve legal lot status for Lot 4,
Block Cy Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision.
