GRANTING LEGAL STATUS FOR A LOT
ON WOODS ROAD

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been
petitioned by Mr. William 0. Wachtel for determination of
status of a lot on Woods Road which has less than the re-
quired average width for the RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
this request ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve legal status for the
following described property:
The West One-half of the South East One-quarter of
Section 1, T5N, ZOE, in the City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described
as follows: Commencing at the SW comer of said
$ section; running thence North on and along the
West line of said $ section, 208.56 feet to a point
in the center line of highway known as Milwaukee-
Waterford Road (Woods Road) thence North 54O 14' 40''
East along center line of highway, 861.50 feet to
the place of beginning of land herein to be described;
continuing thence North 54' 14' 40'' East along
said center line of highway 104.50 feet to a point;
thence South 35O 45' 20" East, 488.13 feet to a point;
thence South 88' 29' 29" West, 126.42 feet to a point;
thence North 35' 45' 20" West, 416.99 feet to the
