RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE
SAND AND GRAVEL COMPANY
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested an
Extractive Permit for the operation of their gravel pit,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that the permit be granted subject to the
provision that the restoration bond be increased from
$60,000.00 to $75,000.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby confirm the recommendation of
the Plan Commission and approves the request for an Ex-
tractive Permit for State Sand and Gravel Company.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that this permit be renewed with
the understanding that the restoration bond be increased
from $60,000.00 to $75,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted, subject
to the operation being limited to the hours of 6:OO A.M. to
9:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, and that these hours
may be extended by special action of the Common Council.
