DENYING LEGAL STATUS FOR LOTS IN
MILL VALLEY HEIGHTS
(Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 & 35)
WHEREAS, the Common Council has been petitioned for
determination of the status of Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 & 35,
in Mill Valley Heights, Unrecorded Subdivision, which
have less than the required average width and area for
the RS-3 OED District, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recommendation
of the Plan Commission, the request of Frank Preston for
legal status for Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 & 35 in Mill Valley
Heights, Unrecorded Subdivision.
