WHEREAS laterals to serve the properties listed below located
in the "E"

Sewer District have- not been installed,

WHEREAS, sufficient notice has been given to the owners regarding
this matter, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee has recommended that the City
exercise its authority of Sec. 3 of Ordinance #211, As Amended,
and have the laterals installed, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that bids be
advertised for to complete these installations,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Sewer Committee to advertise
for bids to install laterals at the following locations:
E112 Jacomino Perocheschi S75 W19246 Bay Shore Dr.
E115 Russell Bloch S75 W19187 Bay Shore Dr.
E136 Orville Fisher W189 S7602 Circle Dr.
E31 Leonard Smith W194 S7650 Westlyn Dr.

E2 Chester Schmidt S75 W19432 Woodland P1.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is directed to
review the bids and make their recommendation to the Council.
