CCR1972137RESOLUTION #137-72 SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE WITH RESPECT TO SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS (Durham Meadows Sub'n) e -a WHEREAS, Section 66.60(7), Statutes, requires that a public hearing be held upon at least ten days' notice with respect to the proposed public improvements to serve Durham Meadows and the proposed assessments of benefits from such improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall cause to be published in The Muskego-Lakeland Hub no later than Thursday, July 27, 1972, and shall mail no later than Saturday, July 29, 1972 to every interested person whose post office address is known or can reasonable be ascertained, a Notice of Hearing in substantially the form annexed to this Resolution as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing shall be held before this City Council on the 8th day of August, 1972, at 7:15 P.M., at the City Hall in the City of Muskego, at which all persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, may appear before this City Council and be heard concerning the proposed public improvements, and plans and specifications therefor and assessments to be made of benefits accruing therefrom, as described in this Resolution and the report referred to herein. ADOPTE THIS OF Hay (' 1972. a ATTEST: FINANCE COMMITTEE Edwin Dumke City Clerk u EXHIBIT A Durham Meadows NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MUSKEGO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report pursuant to Sec. 66.60(2) Statutes, consisting of final plans and specifications, an estimate of the entire cost of the proposed work and an estimate of the assessment of benefits to be levied against each parcel of property affected thereby has been prepared and is now open to inspection at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Muskego with respect to the con- struction and installation of sanitary sewer mains and laterals, surface water drainage facilities, the grading of streets, installation of road base, and paving of streets; all of which proposed improve- ments will be adjacent and appurtenant to all the 63 lots of Durham Meadows, being a subdivision of part of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town 5 North, Range 20 East in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. On the 8th day of August, 1972, at 7:15 o'clock P.M., the City Council of the City of Muskego will be in session at the City Hall, West 182 South 8200 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, at which place and time all persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, may appear before the City Council and be heard concerning the matters contained in the aforesaid report and in a preliminary resolution adopted by the City Council on July 11, 1972, relating to such work.
