, -DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE
NECESSARY ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TEXT
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(Re: Permitting Rendering Plants as
Conditional Use in 1-1 Dist.)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition from Wauer
Fur Foods, Inc., to amend the text of the Zoning Ordinance
relating to permitting rendering plants as Conditional Use
in the 1-1 District, and
WHEREAS, the public hearing for said amendment has been
held on June 27, 1972,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
necessary implementing ordinance as requested in the petition
submitted by Wauer Fur Foods , Inc.
