CCR1972132RESOLVTION #132-72 INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE (1-1 Industrial Park District) WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the zoning ordinance (Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code) relating to the basic regulations of Section 8.15 (1) & (31, 1-1 Industrial Park District, to facilitate the sale of lots in the City's Industrial Park, and ViREA.5, the amendment would provide as follows: Section 8.15 (1) Lot Size To read 40,000 sq. ft. instead of 60,000 Scl. ft. Section 8.15 (1) Minimum Average Width To read 150' instead of 200' Section 8.15 (3) Building Location To read 50' setback instead of 75' 15' minimum offset one side instead of 25' 15' minimum offset all other sides instead of 25' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby, on its own motion, initiate a petition to amend Section 8.15 (1) & (3) of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17 of the biunicipal Code, and does hereby schedule a public hearing to consider this proposed change for 7:15 P. 14. on August 8, 1972.
