,- WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Hauer Fur Foods, Inc. for the renewal of an Extractive
Permit held by same, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, following the public
hearing, has recommended that such request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant to Wauer Fur Foods, Inc.
an Extractive Permit, such Permit to expire June 1, 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted,
provided that a new restoration plan (other than the
originally proposed landfill) be submitted by June 1,
1973.
