TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY
FUND TU CAPITAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Police Department has requested that sufficient
funds be transferred from the Contingency Fund, 11602.049,
to the Capital Budget, Acct. 11275, for the purpose of re-
placing one of the present radar units, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Safety Committee
have determined that the purchasing of this unit at this
time would save the city a considerable amount of money,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the transfer of
$1,150.00 from the Contingency Fund, #602.049, to the
Capital Budget, Acct. 11275 for the purchase of a radar
unit for the Police Department.
