ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER DISTRICT

. WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego,and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project
MSS-2-72:

Tomasini Contractors

Cathlina Construction

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert 6 Mielke Inc., and
the Public Sewer Committee have recommended that the bid for
Project MSS-2-72 be awarded to Super Excavators Inc..
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego. does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer
Project MSS-2-72 to Super Excavators Inc., in the amount of
$132,803.60.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk Comptroller and
name of the City.
the Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the
