ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR MUNICIPAL SEWER DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the City Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for
the proposed sewer project for the City of Muskego,and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project
MSS-1-72:

WHEREAS, the Consulting Engineers, Ruekert & Mielke Inc., and
the Public Sewer Committee have recommended that the bid for
Project MSS-1-72 be awarded to Madsen Construction Co.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby award the bid for the proposed Sewer
Project MSS-1-72 to Madsen Construction Co., in the amount of
$130,371.80.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk Comptroller and
of the City.
the Mayor are hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name
