APPRDVING OF DISBANDMENT OF MUSKEGO AUXILIARY'
POLICE AND THE CREATION OF EMERGENCY POLICE
I. WHEREAS, over the past several years there has been an organization
known as the Muskego Auxiliary Police, a unit attached to the Civil
Defense Program of the City, and
WHEREAS, after several meetings between the Officers of that
organization, the Chief of Police and the Public Safety Committee,
it was determined that it would be in the best interest of the
city to disband the Auxiliary Police and create an Emergency
Police force, and
WHEREAS, this Emergency Pplice force will be under the direct
supervision of the Chief of Police and will be trained to provide
auxiliary services for the Police Department,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby disband the organization known as the Muskego
Auxiliary Police Unit and does hereby approve of the creation of
the Muskego Emergency Police Unit.
