CCR1972119RESOLUTION #119-72 a DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE THE ORDINANCE FOR THE REZONING OF THE FRANK NARU)CK PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition from Russell Betts of Beta, Inc. to rezone lands owned by Frank Narlock south of Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, following the public hearing, the Plan Commission has recommended that the land be rezoned from Rs1 to RS2, and WHEREAS, the owner of the property has advised the Council and the Plan Conmission that it is his intent to restrict buildings in that area to the 1600 sq. ft. minimum size, e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to prepare the necessary implementing ordinance which will change the zoning of the Frank Narlock property south of Hillendale Drive from Rs1 to Rs2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Council to withhold,final action of the rezoning until such a time as a pre- liminary plat is ready for submission and satisfactory deed restrictions have been presented by Mr. Narlock.
